微軟在近日發(fā)布的新聞稿中，表示為 Microsoft Translator 翻譯應(yīng)用引入第 129 種語(yǔ)言--下索布語(yǔ)（Lower Sorbian）。這是一種瀕危語(yǔ)言，目前全球使用人數(shù)不到 7000 人。

索布語(yǔ)，又稱文德語(yǔ)，是德國(guó)東南部少數(shù)民族索布人的語(yǔ)言，屬于斯拉夫語(yǔ)族西斯拉夫語(yǔ)支。

該語(yǔ)言分為上索布語(yǔ)和下索布語(yǔ)，其中下索布語(yǔ)主要分布在德國(guó)勃蘭登堡州附近。它是一種極度瀕危的語(yǔ)言，使用人數(shù)不到 7,000 人。

微軟宣布旗下的 Translator Microsoft Azure Cognitive Service 來(lái)進(jìn)一步保護(hù)該語(yǔ)言，支持文檔、網(wǎng)頁(yè)等各種場(chǎng)景下翻譯為下索布語(yǔ)。
In a recent press release, Microsoft announced the introduction of the 129th language, Lower Sorbian, for its Lower Sorbian Translator app. It is an endangered language spoken by fewer than 7,000 people worldwide. Sorbian, also known as Wende, is a Slavic languages West Slavic languages language of the Sorbian minority in southeastern Germany. The language is divided into Upper Sorbian and Lower Sorbian, with lower Sorbian mainly located near Brandenburg，Land, Germany. It is an critically endangered language spoken by fewer than 7,000 people. Microsoft announced Translator Microsoft Azure Cognitive Service to further protect the language and support Lower Sorbian translation of documents, web pages, and other scenarios.
