辦理學(xué)歷學(xué)位認(rèn)證步驟
　　登錄教育部的國外學(xué)歷學(xué)位認(rèn)證系統(tǒng)：renzheng.cscse.edu.cn
　　1.注冊填寫信息
　　你需要在網(wǎng)上注冊新用戶并填寫你的個人信息以及提交認(rèn)證申請表。學(xué)歷認(rèn)證官網(wǎng)請點(diǎn)擊這里，尋找登陸框下的“如是新用戶，請點(diǎn)擊注冊用戶”標(biāo)識。
　　2. 遞交材料繳費(fèi)
　　按要求到選定的驗(yàn)證點(diǎn)遞交申請材料和支付認(rèn)證費(fèi)用。
　　3. 查詢認(rèn)證進(jìn)度
　　在學(xué)歷認(rèn)證官網(wǎng)上登錄注冊帳號查詢認(rèn)證進(jìn)度。
　　4. 認(rèn)證完成后領(lǐng)證
　　系統(tǒng)中顯示“認(rèn)證完成”后，就可以去領(lǐng)認(rèn)證結(jié)果了。
　　辦理國外學(xué)歷學(xué)位認(rèn)證交驗(yàn)材料清單
　　1.一張二寸（或小二寸）藍(lán)色背景證件照片；
　　2. 需認(rèn)證的國外源語言（頒發(fā)證書院校國家的官方語言）學(xué)位證書或高等教育文憑正本原件和復(fù)印件。（也就是學(xué)校寄給你的學(xué)位證原件。例如下圖）
　　3. 需認(rèn)證學(xué)位證書或高等教育文憑所學(xué)課程完整的正式成績單原件和復(fù)印件；如以研究方式學(xué)習(xí)獲得的學(xué)位證書，需提供學(xué)校職能部門（如學(xué)院、學(xué)籍注冊部門或?qū)W生管理部門）開具的官方研究證明信原件和復(fù)印件，研究證明信內(nèi)容應(yīng)說明學(xué)習(xí)起止日期（精確到月份）、專業(yè)名稱、研究方向、所授予學(xué)位等信息。
　　　4. 需認(rèn)證的國外學(xué)位證書（高等教育文憑）和成績單（研究證明信）的中文翻譯件原件（須經(jīng)正規(guī)翻譯機(jī)構(gòu)（公司）進(jìn)行翻譯，個人翻譯無效。
　　5. 如在國內(nèi)高校就讀期間到國外高校學(xué)習(xí)獲得國外學(xué)歷學(xué)位證書，申請者需提供國內(nèi)高校的畢業(yè)證書原件和復(fù)印件或者學(xué)信網(wǎng)（http://www.chsi.com.cn/）學(xué)籍注冊證明材料。該項(xiàng)主要是針對2+2或是和大學(xué)本身有和國外大學(xué)交流的同學(xué)需要看的。
　　6. 申請者留學(xué)期間所有護(hù)照（含護(hù)照首頁-個人信息頁、末頁-本人簽字頁、以及所有留學(xué)期間的所有簽證記錄和出入境記錄）原件和復(fù)印件。如果申請者留學(xué)期間護(hù)照已超出有效期限，還需提供在有效期限內(nèi)的護(hù)照原件或有效身份證件原件和復(fù)印件。
　　認(rèn)證時是要準(zhǔn)備護(hù)照的。要看里面的簽證信息，主要看看你是不是在上學(xué)的那段時間里面都呆在那個國家。有一個同學(xué)護(hù)照丟了，補(bǔ)了新護(hù)照，上面沒有原始的信息，但是也是有解決方案的，可以聯(lián)系當(dāng)?shù)氐闹袊�使領(lǐng)館，讓他們開具證明，也可以在中國找到該國家駐中國使領(lǐng)館，依據(jù)當(dāng)時的出入境證明，出具證明，然后遞交就沒問題了。當(dāng)然護(hù)照丟失是個很復(fù)雜的問題，一定要看看官網(wǎng)上對于護(hù)照丟失的解決方法。
　　7. 申請者親筆填寫的授權(quán)聲明。

　　3.在中國澳門特別行政區(qū)及臺灣地區(qū)大學(xué)或其他高等教育機(jī)構(gòu)攻讀正規(guī)課程所獲相應(yīng)學(xué)歷學(xué)位證書或高等教育文憑。在中國香港特別行政區(qū)大學(xué)或其他高等教育機(jī)構(gòu)攻讀正規(guī)課程所獲學(xué)士以上（含學(xué)士）層次的學(xué)歷學(xué)位證書。
